Elbow Tendonitis/ Tendonosis |
Tendonitis, or more importantly, tendinosis occurs when you the muscles and tendons of your elbow are inflamed. Why do they get that way? Poor movement, broken body, or broken brain. The thing is, by the time you feel the pain in your elbow, some of those muscle fibers have already degenerated. There are a variety of tools to use to reduce the inflammation. The next step is to figuring out how those muscles became inflamed in the first place. That is where the real detective work comes in.

Ulnar Nerve Entrapment |
Another injury commonly seen is ulnar nerve entrapment. The ulnar nerve starts in the neck, travels through the shoulder, goes through the elbow, and into your fingers. Depending on how you are using your body, scar tissue can start to form around the nerve at any point and begin to choke it off. This causes, you guessed it, PAIN. That nerve does more than just relay pain, it send all kinds of messages to your body. Get it working right and your elbow will thank you.
